Blueprint is a digital tool that helps your clinician administer brief assessments about your health and wellness. With Blueprint, you and your clinician can spend less time during the session reviewing the previous week and more time focusing on what's most important – your treatment!

Blueprint helps you feel better faster 

Using assessments, a process also known as measurement-based care, helps your clinician tailor the treatment you receive to your own unique needs and experiences. In fact, it's proven that using services like Blueprint helps individuals feel better faster and experience a higher quality of care.

 

Using the mobile app, you can complete assessments, worksheets, and check-ins using your phone in the comfort of your own home. By doing so, you and your clinician can stay connected in between therapy appointments and collaboratively keep track of your progress.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I complete Blueprint assessments?

Research shows that measurement-based care helps clients feel better faster and experience a higher quality of care. The assessments will help your clinician track your progress throughout the treatment and adjust your treatment plan quickly and accurately to your needs and experiences. Using Blueprint, your clinician can make sure the treatment you are receiving is the right treatment for you, and help you feel better faster. You can also use the Blueprint Mobile App to track your progress and get to know your own mental health and overall wellness. 

How do I get started?

After your clinician assigns you to Blueprint, you will receive an email and a text message inviting you to download the Blueprint app and take your first digital assessment. Then, you will need to:

  1. Download the app and sign up - enter your personal information and create a password

  2. Complete your first assessment by answering a short questionnaire

  3. Continue taking the assessments as directed by your clinician 

I've completed the assessment - now what?

You’re done! Your clinician will review your reported outcomes and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Now, you need to make sure to complete your weekly assessment before your next appointment with your clinician. You can also use the Blueprint mobile app to review your progress and learn more about your own mental health and well being. 

I didn't get a link to download the app

Some clinics prefer that you complete your weekly/bi-weekly/monthly assessment using an online questionnaire rather than through the mobile app. If the initial email and text you received from us include a link to take the assessment online - it means your clinic requested it. Please complete the assessment, and reach out to your clinic with further questions. 

Will using Blueprint cost me anything?

Blueprint is a billable service, which means your clinician may opt to bill your health insurance as they use the results to help deliver more effective data-driven care. Most clients who use Blueprint do not incur additional out-of-pocket costs. If you do incur additional charges that cause financial hardship, your clinic may have policies in place to reduce or eliminate these costs. Please check with your clinician or office coordinator to learn more or obtain an estimated cost.

Is my data secured?

Yes. Blueprint is HIPAA compliant and we takes data privacy and security extremely seriously. Blueprint does not sell any personally identifiable data and only you and your clinician will have access to your personally identifiable data. You own your data and can request at any time for your data and account to be deleted by sending an email to support@blueprint-health.com with the subject of “Account Deletion.” You can also view Blueprint’s privacy policy in full at www.blueprint-health.com/privacy.
